摘 要:以玉米淀粉和丙烯酰胺为原料,高锰酸钾为引发剂,制备淀粉接枝丙烯酰胺聚合物(S-g-PAM)高分子絮凝剂,并用红外光谱对产物进行表征。用制备的S-g-PAM处理造纸废水,探究了絮凝剂投加量、pH及搅拌时间对造纸废水处理效果的影响,在单因素实验的基础上,通过正交优化了造纸废水处理工艺条件。结果表明,室温下S-g-PAM投加量为4 mg/L、pH=7、搅拌12 min,造纸废水的COD和SS去除率分别达88.1%和96.7%。S-g-PAM通过中和、吸附架桥等作用达到很好的絮凝效果,与其他絮凝剂相比,具有投加量少、费用低、出水透光比高等优点。Starch graft acrylamide polymer(S-g-PAM) was prepared by using corn starch, and acrylamide as raw material and the potassium permanganate as initiator, and the product was characterized by IR. The S-g-PAM was used as flocculant in the treatment of papermaking wastewater, the influence of flocculant dosage, pH and stirring time on the treatment effect was investigated, and the treatment conditions were optimized by orthogonal experiment.The results showed that flocculant dosage was 4 mg/L, pH=7, stirring time was 12 min, and the removal rates of COD and SS were 88.1% and 96.7% respectively. S-g-PAM by neutralization and adsorption bridging action achieves good flocculation effect, compared with other flocculants, with little adding quantity, low cost, high transmittance and other advantages.
