工程教育学习成果的评价与国际比较——对AHELO工程学测评的教育评价学考察

摘　　要：学生的学习成果是教育质量评价的关键指标。在高等教育国际化的背景下,学习成果评价及其国际比较尤为必要。经合组织开展的AHELO项目是高等教育领域内学习成果评价与比较的一次重要尝试。AHELO的工程学测评参考了工程教育的认证标准,特别关注毕业生的工程分析、设计与实践能力。虽然AHELO的研究存在一定争议,但值得人们反思和借鉴。Students＇ learning outcomes is a critical indicator to evaluate the educational quality. Under the background of internationalization of higher education, it is necessary to evaluate and compare learning outcomes with international counterparts. OECD＇s AHELO project is an important attempt in evaluating and comparing higher education. The engineering part of AHELO refers to the accreditation standards of engineering education. It focuses specially on graduates~ abilities of engineering analysis, design and practice. Though there are some disputes, AHELO provides reflection and references for US.
