摘  要:在一台单缸涡流式柴油机上进行了基于MAP图运行的柴油/甲醇双燃料电控喷射系统的研究开发,加装了一套进气道单点喷射甲醇燃料控制系统。利用柴油高压油管信号作为喷油始点控制信号,利用油门位置传感器控制喷射量,以燃油经济性和排放性指标来标定工况最佳喷射点,绘制成甲醇喷射量MAP图。对开阀喷射和闭阀喷射条件下的柴油机排放性能进行了对比。采用开发的喷射系统实现了柴油甲醇双燃料的预混燃烧。试验结果表明,该方案有更好的燃油经济性和NOx排放性能。An electronic-controlled dual-fuel injection unit which operates based on its MAP was developed on a single cylinder diesel engine. A system of single-point methanol injection at intake port was employed. The pressure in high fuel pipe was used as a signal to govern injection timing. Injection quantity was controlled by throttle position. A methanol injection MAP was plotted with optimized engine’s fuel economy and emission at rated point. A premixed compression combustion ignition (PCCI) was achieved with the developed unit. The research results suggest that the developed unit has better fuel economy and NO emission performance.
