摘  要:基于光学单缸机和高速摄像系统,研究了点火定时和喷油定时等参数对直喷汽油机缸内过程的影响,并采用原始图像、平均图像和伪彩图相结合的方式分析了不同控制参数下缸内过程的特征。研究结果表明:不同点火定时下的火焰发展过程及形态相似,但火焰的位置不同,点火越早,越偏向排气侧;喷油定时直接影响缸内扩散燃烧现象的发生,燃油喷射过早,容易在活塞顶部形成油膜或油池,进而产生强烈的扩散燃烧。The influence of spark timing and fuel injection timing on in-cylinder process of GDI engine was studied by using an optical single cylinder engine and a high speed camera. In-cylinder process characteristics with different control parameters were analyzed by the combination of raw, treated and pseudo-color images. The results show that the development and shape of flame are similar at different spark timings, but the position of flame is different, more to the exhaust side when spark timing is earlier; diffusion combustion is directly affected by fuel injection timing, and too early a fuel injection introduces more fuel film on top of piston, causing diffusion combustion.
