摘 要:应用流体软件对汽油机进行稳态流固耦合传热分析,仿真得到的缸体缸间温度与试验测量值吻合较好。在优化软件的平台下集成Java自动化流程、网格变形进行试验设计,基于试验设计的结果进行优化分析,优化目标是控制缸体缸盖结构温度小于限值前提下使水套容积最小化以便提高暖机温升。将优化分析结果反馈给设计修改和计算流体力学(computational fluid dynamic)验算,结果一致性较好。快速成型件验证暖机温升时间加快15%。An gasoline engine structure thermal analysis was simulated in a commercial thermodynamic software coupling with the coolant flowing analysis of water jacket. The structure temperature between cylinders in cylinder block resulted from simulation was close to the test temperature. DOE analysis was calculated in an optimization software integrated CFD step by step commands and morphed mesh models. Optimized model was gotten to shorten the warm up time by minimize the volume of water jacket for cylinder block within the available structure temperature. The simulation results for modified design model based on the optimized one were validated. Warm up time was shorten 15% through the test for a rapid prototyping engine.
