显微外路手术治疗玻璃体切除后视网膜脱离12例

摘　　要：目的总结显微镜下外路手术治疗玻切术后复发性视网膜脱离的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析2012年10月—2014年01月在郑州市第二人民医院住院的玻切术后复发性网脱的病人12例（12眼）,采用显微镜下外路手术,包括单纯垫压术或者环扎联合垫压手术。随访12-18个月,观察视力、眼前节、视网膜、眼压。结果术后1周,11例（11眼）视网膜复位良好,一次性复位率91%,另1例再次显微镜下调整硅胶带位置后视网膜复位。1例术后眼压升高,降眼压药物应用3d后恢复正常。术后1月,所有患者最佳矫正视力均较术前改善。结论显微镜下外路术治疗部分玻璃体切除术后复发性视网膜脱离安全有效。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of external route surgery by microscope in retinal detachment after vitrectomy. Methods From Oct 2013 to Jan 2014 12 cases patients with retinal detachment after vitrectomy,they were treated using external route under microscope,including simple buckle and cerclage and buckle operation. Follow up from 12 to 18 months,observed the visual acuity,anterior segment,retina and intraocular pressure. Results One week after the operation,11 cases（ 11 eyes） of retina reset well,one-time reset rate was 91%,another 1 case reset after adjust the silicone belt location again. 1 case of intraocular pressure rised and returned to normal after using drugs three days. 1 months,the postoperative best corrected visual acuity in all patients improved than preoperative. Conclusion External route surgery for retinal detachment after vitrectomy under microscope was secure and effective.
