摘  要:依据摆线轮齿廓形成原理及齿廓修形方式,建立修形摆线轮成形磨削的数学模型,推导出了成形砂轮轴截面坐标点的计算式。对砂轮加宽理论进行了研究,得到了砂轮加宽部分的廓形方程。依据等距曲线原则,求解出金刚轮修整砂轮时的运动轨迹。基于Matlab开发了成形砂轮修整软件,实现了"等距+移距"修形方式下的摆线轮成形磨削砂轮的修整仿真分析。According to the principle of forming principle and modeling method of the cycloidal gear tooth profile, the mathematical model of the form grinding is established and the calculation formulas for axial section coordinate points of the grinding wheel are deduced. The profile equation of the grinding wheel is obtained through studying the theory of grinding wheel widened. The trajectory for the diamond wheel when dressing grinding wheelis solved based on the principle of equal distance curve. The software for form grinding wheel dressing is developed and the simulation and analysis of grind wheel modified is got by the modification method of "isometric + shift".
