摘 要:中国古代指南车是我国自动机械的先驱,在机械发展历程中具有较为突出的位置。本文基于指南车的定向原理,运用差动轮系结构设计了一个结构简单、仅有7个锥齿轮的新型的指南车定向结构,并根据相关的结构设计,对该指南车定向装置进行模型仿制。通过实物复制和相关实验,证明了该机构的机械定向功能,这种定向机构的传动简单可靠,具有较高的指向精度,可为定向系统的选取提供一定的技术参考。The ancient south - pointing carriage is commonly regarded as the Chinese forerunner of auto- matic machinery in China, it has a more prominent status in the process of mechanical development. Based on the orientation principle of south - pointing carriage, a new differential gear train orientation mechanism is designed by using seven bevel gears. Furthermore, the model of south - pointing carriage is manufactured according to this structure design. The physical mode and relevant test confirmed the orientation function of this mechanism, and it is pointed that the transmission structure of this mechanism is simple and reliable. So the orienta- tion mechanism can provide some technical reference for the selection of orientation system.
