摘  要:以硝态氮、铵态氮包膜肥为材料,设置8个处理,研究了不同氮素形态包膜肥对城市绿带土壤酶活性的影响。结果表明:随园林植物生长季节的变化,不同氮素形态肥的施用,城市绿带土壤过氧化氢酶、蔗糖酶、脲酶活性呈现先上升、后下降的动态变化;硝态氮+铵态氮混合包膜肥比普通肥土壤过氧化氢酶、土壤蔗糖酶活性分别提高12.2%、28.6%,土壤脲酶活性降低4.9%;硝态氮包膜肥比铵态氮包膜肥土壤过氧化氢酶、土壤蔗糖酶、土壤脲酶活性分别提高11.8%、5.3%、6.9%。硝态氮包膜肥有利于土壤酶活性的提高。Effect of coated fertilizer with different nitrogen forms was explored with eight treatmented fertilizers on enzymatic activities in urban green belt soil. The results showed that the soil enzymatic activities of catalase, sucrase and urease increased first and then decreased with different garden plant growing seasons and different forms of nitrogen fertilizer application. The catalase and sucrase activities of the coated fertilizer with nitrate nitrogen and ammonium nitrogen increased by 12.2% and 28.6% compared with that of uncoated fertilizer, but the soil urease activity reduced by 4.9%.The activities of catalase, sucrase and urease of the coated fertilizer with nitrate nitrogen increased by 11.8%, 5.3% and 6.9% compared with that of the coated fertilizer with ammonium nitrogen. The coated fertilizer with nitrate nitrogen was beneficial to the improvement of the soil enzyme activity.
