摘 要:重庆丰都高填方明洞首次将双层衬砌形式引入明洞设计中,结构由内外2层衬砌组成,施工过程主要由施作外衬、施作内衬、回填3部分组成,后两者的施工时机可灵活调整,使得工程有多种施工工序可选用。本文对不同施工工序下双层衬砌明洞的内力及安全性进行分析。结果表明:只有回填土高度超过拱顶后,内衬的施作时机才能对结构内力及安全性产生明显影响。对比各类施工工序的优缺点,提出了工期最短、内衬安全储备最高、回填过程中安全性最高3种方案,可供今后类似工程参考。The bi4 ayer lining mode was introduced in the opencut tunnel design for Chongqing Fengdu high-fill open cut tunnel construction.The structure consists of inner layer lining and outer layer lining,the construction sequences include outer layer lining construction,inner layer lining construction and backfill,and the construction timing of the latter two could be adjusted flexibly,which makes the project possess a variety of available construction sequences.The internal force and security of open cut tunnel with bi4 ayer lining under different construction sequences was analyzed.The results show that the construction timing of inner layer lining will have a significant effect on the structure internal force and the security only if the backfill height exceeds the vault.Through advantages and disadvantages comparison of various construction sequences,3 schemes with the shortest construction period,highest safety reserve of inner layer lining and highest safety in backfill process were presented respectively,which could provide a reference for similar projects in the future.
