摘  要:以‘新苏2号’苏丹草(Sorghum sudanense cv‘Xinsu No.2’)为研究对象,系统探索了8种干燥方式(自然晾晒、自然荫干、压裂茎秆+自然晾晒、压裂茎秆+自然荫干、翻动+自然晾晒、翻动+自然荫干、压裂茎秆+翻动+自然晾晒、压裂茎秆+翻动+自然荫干)对不同茬次苏丹草干燥速度、营养成分及干物质降解率的影响。结果表明,干草调制期的日平均温度和湿度是影响苏丹草干燥速度的最主要因素,日平均气温在23.6℃以上,日平均湿度在37.8%以下时,无论采取哪一种处理均可达到安全贮藏含水量,若日平均气温在7.5℃以下,日平均湿度在63.3%以上时,无论采取哪一种处理方法,均无法达到安全贮藏标准;刈割周期是影响不同茬次苏丹草营养成分含量的主要因素,zy(自然荫干)组较zl(自然晾晒)组可较好的保存苏丹草干草的营养成分;8种干燥方法中f(自然荫干+翻动)处理的干物质降解率最高,达到84.40±0.56%。由此得出:在8种干燥方法中,c(压裂茎秆+自然晾晒)和g(压裂茎秆+翻动+自然晾晒)处理的干燥速度最快,结合营养成分,干物质降解率和机械化操作来看,以c(压裂茎秆+自然晾晒)处理的干燥方式为最佳。Taken 'Xinsu No. 2' Sudangrass (Sorghum sudanense cv 'Xinsu No. 2') as the research object, the effects of 8 drying methods (drying in the sun, drying in the shade, fracturing stem + drying in the sun, fracturing stem + drying in the shade, flipping + drying in the sun, flipping + drying in the shade, fracturing stem + flipping + drying in the sun, fracturing stem + flipping + drying in the shade) on the drying speed, nutrients and dry mater degradation rate in different stubbles were investigated. The results showed that. daily average temperature and humidity during the drying period were the main factors affecting the drying speed of Sudangrass; when the average daily temperature was over 23.6~C and the daily average humidity was below 37.8%, no matter what kind of treatment methods could reach the safe storage moisture content, however, if the average temperature was below 7.5 ℃ and daily average humidity above 63.3% , no matter what kind of treatment methodswere unable to reach the standard of safe storage; Cutting cycle was the main factor affecting the nutrient content of different stubbles of Sudangrass; zy (natural shade dry) group preserved the nutrients of Sudangrass hay better than the zl (natural drying) group. F (flipping + drying in the shade) had the highest DMD among the 8 kinds of drying methods, 84.40±0.56%. It concluded that among the 8 kinds of drying methods, f (fracturing stem + drying in the sun) and g (fracturing stem + flipping + drying in the sun) treatments had the fastest drying speed. Based on nutrients, dry matter degradability and mechanical operation, the drying method of c (fracturing stem + drying in the sun) was the best.
