摘　　要：对我国公共图书馆声像资源利用与服务现状进行分析、研究,在查阅、归纳并总结了国内对声像资源利用与服务的研究文献与期刊成果的基础上,最终提出了适合公共图书馆特色的、专门针对图书馆声像资源利用与服务的有效对策与建议。This paper analyzes and summarizes the status quo of audio resource utilization and service in public libraries in China, and summarizes the research literature and the results of the research on the utilization and service of public libraries in China. At last, the anuthor puts forward some suggestions, which are suitable for the character of the public library, and are effective for the service and utilization of the audio - video resource.
