遮盖眼罩对学龄儿童弱视治疗的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨学龄期弱视儿童对不同类型遮盖眼罩治疗的依从性及其对疗效的影响。方法采用遮盖法治疗的学龄弱视儿童53例(68眼),分为全遮盖眼罩组、眼贴组和隐形眼罩组,治疗6个月,分析比较3种眼罩遮盖治疗弱视的依从性和效果。结果 53例学龄弱视病例遮盖治疗前矫正视力0.37±0.33,治疗6个月后为0.61±0.35,P<0.05。治疗6个月隐形眼罩组较全遮盖眼罩组和眼贴组视力提高明显,P<0.05。治疗6个月隐形眼罩组较眼贴组遮盖依从性高,P<0.05。结论遮盖眼罩对学龄弱视疗效有影响,隐形眼罩较眼贴遮盖依从性高且疗效明显。Objective To investigate the effect and compliance of three kind of eye patches on the treatment of school age amblyopic children. Methods Occlusion methods used on 53 cases of school age amblyopic children. They were divided into three groups： whole occlusion group, eye sticker patch group and invisible patch group. The effect and compliance were compared among three groups. Results The c（nTected visual acuity of 53 cases were 0.37 ±0.33 before occlusion and 0.61 ± 0.35 after 6 months of treatment, P 〈 0.05. Visual acuity of invisible patch group improved significantly than the whole occlusion group and eye sticker patch group after 6 months of treatment, P 〈 0.05. The compliance of invisible patch group was high compared with eye sticker patch group after 6 months of treatment, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The effect of eye patch on the treatment of school age amblyopia children is obvious. The invisible patch group has high compliance and visu- al acuity compared with eye stickers patch.
