摘 要:采取混合取样策略,利用荧光SSR技术对来源于山西省的45份糯玉米地方品种和40个位点进行了分析。结果表明,在45个糯玉米地方品种中,共检测出等位变异241个,每个位点检测出3~11个等位变异,平均每个位点6个;多态性信息量(PIC)变化范围在0.27~0.87,平均每个位点0.71;标记索引指数(MI)变化范围在1.35~9.53,平均每个位点4.42;聚类分析可将45份糯玉米地方品种划分为4个类群。结果显示,部分品种有许多特有的等位变异,应引起特别的注意,需作进一步的分析与研究。Genetic diversity and genetic variation of waxy corn landraces in Shanxi were analyzed with 40 fluorescent SSR loci by using a bulk sampling strategy. The result showed that totally 241 alleles in 45 corn landraces were detected with an average of 6 ranged from 3 to 11 per locus. PIC among them ranged from 0.27 to 0.87 with an average of 0.71 per locus. MI among them ranged from 1.35 to9.53 with an average of 4.42 per locus. The 45 landraces were clustered into 4 groups. The results showed that some of them had their particular alleles, so that they should be paid more to study further.
