高校教研项目管理工作浅析

摘　　要：本文主要阐述了高校开展教学研究的目的及意义,高校进行教研项目管理的作用,现阶段高校教研项目管理存在的若干问题,并提出了改进教研项目管理的途径。In the paper, mainly expounded the purpose and meaning of developing teaching research in universities, the function of teaching research projects＇ management, and some problems existed in the management of teaching research projects at the present stage. And provided the way to improve the management of teaching research projects.
