摘 要:目的:探讨中国人群中肝脂酶基因250G/A位点多态性与肝细胞癌(以下简称肝癌)发病风险的相关性。方法:采用PCR-RFLP技术检测、计算286例肝癌患者和198例健康者肝脂酶基因250G/A位点基因型频率分布情况,并利用logistic回归分析各危险因素与肝癌发生风险的关系。结果:GA和AA基因型频率均存在显著组间差异(均P<0.05),携带GA、AA基因型的个体罹患肝癌的风险显著高于GG基因型。Logistic回归分析结果表明肝脂酶基因250G/A位点GA+AA基因型为肝细胞癌发生的危险因素。结论:携带突变基因A等位基因可能会增加肝癌的发病风险。Objective: To investigate the relationship between the hepatic lipase (HL) gene 250G/A polymorphism and the risk of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) in Chinese population.Methods:hTe PCR-RFLP was applied for detecting and calculating the distribution of HL gene 250G/A polymorphism of 286 HCC patients and 198 healthy people. Logistic regression analysis was used for investigating the relationship between the risk factors and risk of HCC.Results: A signiifcant difference was found in comparisons of GA and AA genotype frequencies between two groups (bothP〈0.05). The risk of HCC was significantly higher in individuals with AA and GA genotype than in GG genotype. Logistic regression analysis showed that the GA+AA genotype of 250G/A polymorphism was a risk factor of HCC.Conclusion: Patients carrying the mutant gene A allele (rs2070895) may increase the risk of HCC.
