摘 要:IL-23刺激了Th17细胞的分化和增殖,使得Th17细胞分泌IL-17等细胞因子。越来越多的研究资料证实IL-23/Th17细胞炎症轴在炎症性肠病的发病过程发挥重要作用。临床研究显示IL-23和IL-17有望成为炎症性肠病治疗的新靶点。本文结合近年来相关研究及报道针对IL-23/Th17细胞在炎症性肠病发病中的作用及治疗意义做一综述。IL-23 stimulates the differentiation and proliferation of Th17 cells, which makes Th17 cells secrete IL-17 and other cytokines. More and more researches have confirmed that IL-23/Th17 inflammation axis plays an important role in the pathogenesis of inflammatory bowel disease. Clinical researches have showed that IL-23 and IL-17 are expected to become new targets for the treat-ment of inflammatory bowel disease. Combined with related researches and reports in recent years, this article aims to make a review about the effects and therapeutic significance of IL-23/Th17 in the pathogenesis of inflammatory bowel disease.
