头部刮痧及穴位按摩配合心理干预治疗眼病继发性失眠40例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察应用传统中医刮痧及穴位按摩疗法配合心理干预，对慢性眼病继发性失眠患者的治疗效果。方法将40例继发性失眠患者予头部刮痧及头面部穴位按摩配合心理干预。结果痊愈21例，显效8例，有效9例，无效2例，有效率95％。结论头部刮痧及穴位按摩具有明显的镇静安神作用，配合心理干预，能有效改善患者的睡眠状况。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of application of traditional Chinese scrapping on head and acupoint massage combined with psychological intervention on insomnia caused by chronic eye disease .Methods 40 patients of insomnia caused by chronic eye disease were accepted traditional Chinese scrapping on head and acupoint massage combined with psychological intervention .Results 21 cases were cured ,8 cases achieved excellent outcome ,9 cases got effective outcome ,and 2 cases with no effective outcome ,the total effective rate was 95% .Conclusion The method of scrapping on head and acupoint massage combined with psychological intervention has obvious sedative effects and effectively improves the patient’s sleep quality .
