摘　　要：目的：探讨 VEGF 、Ki‐67在复发性翼状胬肉组织中的表达，并比较其与原发性翼状胬肉的表达差异。方法应用免疫组织化学法对30例复发性翼状胬肉患者切除的翼状胬状组织进行 VEGF 和 Ki‐67的检测并与30例原发性翼状胬肉组织进行对照。结果 VEGF 及 Ki‐67的在复发性翼状胬肉标本中的阳性表达高于原发性翼状胬肉，两者有显著性差异。结论复发性翼状胬肉组织中有 Ki‐67和 VEGF 的过度表达，造成组织细胞的过度增生，导致了翼状胬肉的复发。联合检测能更准确地判断翼状胬肉血管活性并对其术后复发进行预判。Objective To investigate the expression of VEGF and Ki‐67 in the tissues of recurrent pterygium and to compare the differences in the expression of primary pterygium .Methods It＇s used the immunohis to chemical method to compared with VEGF and Ki‐67 expression in 30 case primary pteryium and 30 case recurrent pterygium .Results The positive expression of VEGF and Ki 67 in recurrent pterygium was higher than that in primary pterygium .There is a significant difference between the two . Conclusion The expression of VEGF and Ki‐67 in the tissues of recurrent pterygium ,resulting in the excessive proliferation of tissue cells ,and the recurrence of pterygium .Combined detection can more accurately determine the activity of pterygium and the recurrence of the patients after the pre ‐sentence .
