地域因素与干眼症发病关系的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的：通过对745例干眼症患者发病的分析，探讨地域因素及性别对干眼症发病的影响。方法将我部确诊为干眼病的患者370例与长征医院确诊为干眼病的患者375例进行统计对比，并分析其原因。结果北方地区干眼症已为常见多发性疾病的一种，且有患病率逐年上升并年轻化的趋势，其发病原因与性别、海拔、气候等因素相关。结论由于我部就诊患者与长征医院就诊患者在生存环境、经济实力、文化程度及就医依从性等存在差异，导致地域因素是干眼症患者发病的一个重要因素，其中北方地区较易发病。Objective To study the effects of geographical factors and gender on the pathogenesis of dry eyes ,Through the analysis of 745 cases of patients with dry eye disease .Methods To compare with 370 dry eye patients in Lanzhou and 375 patients in changzheng ,and analysis its reason .Results Northwest dry eyes is a common and multiple disease ,and prevalence increased year by year and younger trend ,its etiology is associated with factors such as altitude ,climate .Conclusion Due to our patients and in changzheng hospital patients surviva environment ,economy ,culture degree and the compliance ,etc .There are differences ,leading to regional factor is an important factor of the disease ,patients with dry eyes with northwestern region more easily .
