扶正合剂治疗青光眼睫状体炎综合征1例

摘　　要：目的：探讨使用中药-扶正合剂治疗青光眼睫状体炎的疗效，中药结合局部使用滴眼液治疗该病，可以减少其发病次数，减少复发率。方法鉴于青光眼睫状体炎综合征病程绵长，病情反复，在局部使用滴眼液基础上，着重应用中药制剂，通过对患者免疫功能的调理，对机体生理失衡状态的调整，治愈该病。结果截止目前，青睫综合征仍无根治办法，均是在疾病发作期对症以降眼压、抗炎等治疗。在治疗青光眼睫状体炎综合征过程中持续使用扶正合剂，收到较好疗效。结论扶正合剂治疗青睫综合征效果较好，其有效性需大样本观察、大量临床有效病例证实。Objective To investigate the effect of treating Posner‐Schlossman syndrome with Fuzheng mixture ,the Chinese medicine combined with topical eye drops in the treatment of the disease ,can reduce the incidence of the disease ,reduce the recurrence rate .Methods given the lingering course ,the condition of repeated sign Schlossman syndrome ,in local use eye drops based ,focuses on the application of traditional Chinese medicine preparation ,the immune function of patients with conditioning ,adjustment of physiological imbalance ,the cure of the disease .Results up to now ,there is no radical cure for the syndrome of the treatment of the disease in the period of disease onset to reduce Intraocular pressure and anti inflammation .In the treatment of Posner‐Schlossman syndrome ,the continuous use of the treatment of the treatment of the body and the treatment of the mixture ,better curative effect .Conclusion the therapeutic effect of the treatment of the treatment of the syndrome of the treatment of the syndrome of the treatment of the syndrome of the treatment of the syndrome of the green cilia is good ,its effectiveness needs large sample observation ,a large number of clinically effective .
