摘 要:目的比较并分析频域OCT与HRT-Ⅱ对视盘相关指标的检测结果。方法随机选择43人,共86只眼,分别做OCT的3.45RNFL、3D reference、ONH、GCC程序和HRT的ONH程序。比较同一眼的数据是否具有一致性。结果除视盘面积外,视杯面积、盘沿面积、视杯体积、盘沿体积、杯盘比、神经纤维层厚度均有差异(P〈0.01)。结论频域OCT与HRTⅡ都能检测视盘的相关指标,但两者的工作原理不尽相同。频域OCT的软件能自动标识视盘与视杯并计算出相关指标,而HRT-Ⅱ则需人为画出盘沿进而得到一系列数据结果,两者对神经纤维层厚度的定义方式和正常值范围差异较大,再加上操作者和病人配合等外界因素,以致两者结果的一致性很差。Objective Comparing and analyzing the results about the related index of ONH (optic nerve head) respectively tested by Spectral Domain Optical Coherence Tomography(SD-OCT) and HRT Ⅱ (Heidelberg Retina Tomograph Ⅱ ). Methods 43 people(86 eyes) were chose randomly,which were tested by the OCT,including 3.45RNFL,3D reference,ONH and GCC(ganglion cell complex) procedures and the ONH procedure of HRT. And then contrast the results of the same eye. Results Besides the optic area,the cup area,rim area,cup volume,rim volume,cup/disc area ratio and the thickness of RNFL were significant difference statistically(P〈0.01). Conclusion SD-OCT and HRT can both test the related index of ONH, however, the working principles are different. The software of SD-OCT can identify disc and cup automatically and then calculate the results,however,the disc edge of HRT needed drew artificially in order to get the results. The way of defining the thickness of RNFL and its normal range are different, the cooperation between operator and patient is not good and some other factors all could affect the consistency of the two instruments.
