双眼先天性黄斑缺损1例

摘　　要：先天性黄斑缺损是一种临床少见的眼底疾病，因黄斑部先天异常，严重影响患者中心视力，常伴有斜视或眼球震颤。大多数黄斑缺损在出生时未被发现，而在儿童早期因视力不佳而检查是被发现。故对于临床中一些因斜视、弱视来就诊的患者，行眼底及OCT检查，有助于筛查其有无眼底病变，避免此类疾病的误诊、漏诊。Congenital macular coloboma is a rare clinical fundus disease, due to congenital abnormalities of the macular, which seriously affects the patient＇s central vision, often accompanied by strabismus or eye tremor. Most of the macular coloboma were not found at birth,and in early childhood was found to be found to be in poor eyesight. Therefore, in the clinical, some patients with strabismus and amblyopia,and the fundus and OCT examination, can help to screen for the fundus diseases, to avoid misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of the disease.
