摘　　要：目的建立我国军人症状自评量表(symptom check list 90,SCL-90)2016版常模。方法采用SCL-90量表,按照随机分层整群抽样对我军陆军、海军、空军、火箭军和战略支援部队53 847名军人进行测评,并建立相应的常模。结果 1军人心理问题的发生率为29.7%;女军人心理问题的发生率(36.5%)显著高于男军人(28.6%);2本研究建立的常模与1999年常模相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),与2005年的样本差异不明显;3军人SCL-90常模具有性别、军种、人员类别差异,表现为男军人、战略支援部队、学员心理健康水平高。结论军人SCL-90 2016版常模具有时代性和差异性。Objective To establish the norm （2016 Edition） of Symptom Check List 90 （SCL-90） for Chinese military personnel, which is to provide theoretical basis and practical support for military psychological assessment as well as mental health education. Methods Through the method of stratified cluster sampling, 53 847 military members recruited from the Army, Navy, Air Forces, Rocket Force and Strategic Support Force were surveyed with the SCL-90. SPSS 18.0 was used to establish a corresponding norm by using t-test and One-Way Analysis of Variance （ANOVA）. Results （1）The incidence of psychological problems in military personnel was 29.7%. Female soldiers had a significantly higher rate than the males （36.5% vs 28.6% ） ; （2）The established norm based on current research differed remarkably from the 1999 Edition （P 〈 0.01 ）, but it had no significant difference compared with the sample of 2005 ; （3）The norm of SCL-90 for military personnel showed different scores with respect to the factors such as gender, military services and personal rank, presented with a higher level of mental health in male soldiers, members of the Strategic Support Force and cadets. Conclusion The established norm of SCL-90 （2016 Edition ） for Chinese military personnel is adapted to the age and associated with factor difference.
