摘　　要：目的摸索标准化病人规范化点评的培训时间。方法选取1例资深标准化病人和1例资历较浅的标准化病人,1位资深标准化病人培训师进行临床问诊点评训练。结果 2位标准化病人都能较好地完成要点点评,都需要至少4次点评训练,可以基本完成规范的"三明治"式点评。结论培训过的标准化病人的规范化点评训练课程至少需安排4次,2 h。Objective To explore the frequence and duration of standardized patients（ SPs） training to normalize their implementation of standardized assessments. Methods 2 SPs were included,one was senior and the other was junior. The senior SP trainer controlled the whole process. Results After 4 times of standardized training,all SPs nearly reached the ＂sandwich＂assessment requirement. Conclusions At least 4 times（ 2 hours） training of SPs are mecessary for implementation of standardized ＂sandwich＂assessments in assessing medical students＇ inquisition smoothly.
