摘　　要：作为慢性胰腺炎的一种特殊类型，自身免疫性胰腺炎（ AIP ）正在逐渐被人们认识。2001年学者们发现AIP患者血清IgG4含量明显增高，2％的慢性胰腺炎为1型AIP；1型AIP被认为是一种与IgG4相关的全身性疾病。至今有一些与1型AIP相关的自身免疫性抗原被鉴定，但IgG4在此病中的作用是肯定的，因为发病机制的不准确性，AIP的诊治不容乐观。Objective As a special type of chronic pancreatitis, autoimmune pancreatitis （ AIP ） is gradually being recognized.In 2001,researchers found that serum IgG4 levels were significantly increased in AIP patients,2% of chronic pancreatitis was 1-AIP; 1-AIP was considered a systemic disease associated with IgG4.So far,a number of autoimmune antigens associated with 1-AIP have been identified,but the role of IgG4 in the disease is certain,because the pathogenesis of the disease is not sure,the diagnosis and treatment of AIP is not optimistic.
