西比灵联合阿普唑仑治疗头晕的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察西比灵联合阿普唑仑治疗头晕的疗效。方法:将650例主要临床表现为头晕的患者随机分为3组,对照组(n=280)患者给予一般改善循环治疗,西比灵组(n=264)在对照组基础上口服西比灵,阿普唑仑联合西比灵治疗组(n=106)在对照组基础上口服西比灵及阿普唑仑片,比较3组临床疗效。结果:所有患者治疗后脑血管灌注指数(perfusion index,PI)值,最大血流速度(V_(max))及DHI评分均较治疗前有所改善。与对照组及西比灵组比较,阿普唑仑联合西比灵组治疗后PI值,最大血流速度及DHI评分下降更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。阿普唑仑联合西比灵组的总有效率显著高于对照组和西比灵组(P<0.05)。结论:阿普唑仑联合西比灵治疗头晕患者,能更好地改善症状和脑血管血流,疗效优于单纯采用一般改善循环或联合西比灵治疗。Objective To observe the curative effect of sibelium and alprazolam in the treatment of dizziness.Methods Total 650 patients with dizziness in clinical were randomly divided into three groups.All patients were given general treatment for improving circulation ,in addition ,the patients in sibehum group were taken sibelium orally and the patients in sibehum combined alprazolam group were taken sibelium and alprazolam orally.The curative effects of three groups were comparatively analyzed. Results The perfusion index（PI） values,Vmax of cerebrovascular and the DHI score of all the patients were improved after trcatment.Meanwhile,the decreasing degree of PI values,Vmax and DHI in patients of sibelium combined alprazolam group were obviously higher than those of control group and sibelium group（ P〈0.01 ）.The total effective rate of sibelium combined alprazolam group was significantly higher than that of control group or sibelium group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Because of the better effects on improving clinical symptoms and cerebrovascular blood flow, sibelium combined alprazolam could be used for treating patients with dizzi- ness ,and the curative effects is superior to single general treatment for improving circulation or sibelium orally.
