摘  要:目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定L-氨基丙醇中的对映异构体。方法:采用手性色谱柱Chiralpak IC,以正己烷∶甲醇∶异丙醇(500∶25∶15)为流动相,流速为0.7 m L/min,检测波长为320 nm,柱温25℃。结果:D-氨基丙醇在0.2-1.5μg/m L范围内线性关系良好(r〉0.9990),精密度及回收率良好(RSD〈2.0%,n=6),L-氨基丙醇与D-氨基丙醇分离度良好。结论:采用高效液相色谱法,柱前衍生拆分氨基丙醇对映异构体,该方法具有简单、快捷、重复性好等优点,可用于生产过程中L-氨基丙醇对映体的质量检测。Objective :To establish a HPLC method for the separation and determination of L - alaninol and its enantiomeric. Method: The analysis was carried out on a Chiralpak chiral chromatography column with hexane - methanol - isopropanol mixture (500: 25: 15) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.7 ml /min. The detection wavelength was 320 nm and the column temperature was 25℃. Results: The linear calibration for the L - alaninol was 0.2 - 1.5μg/mL(r 〉0.9990) , the precision and recovery were good (RSD 〈 2 . 0% ,n=6) . Also good resolution of L - alaninol and its R - alaninol was achieved with pre - column derivatization followed by chiral column separation. Conclusion : Simple operation, good repeatability make it a reliable method for the quality control of L - alaninol enantiomers in the process of production.
