开放式创新社区知识云传播模式研究

摘　　要：开放式创新社区中的知识云传播有利于企业进行开放式创新。以开放式创新社区为研究主体,提出了知识云传播的系统模型,在分析其特征的基础上,构建了知识云传播能力影响因素模型,并进行了定量研究。仿真结果表明:知识贡献意愿、知识吸收能力和知识创新能力对开放式创新社区中知识云传播能力具有不同程度的正向促进作用,且知识创新能力的影响力最大。Knowledge-cloud communication in open innovation community is conducive to the open innovation in enterprises.Enterprise＇s open innovation community as the research subject,this research puts forward a systematic model of knowledge-cloud communication.Based on the analysis of its characteristics,this research constructs the factors model of knowledge-cloud communication ability and makes a quantitative study.Simulation results show that the knowledge contribution intention,the knowledge absorptive capacity and the knowledge innovation ability have different positive effects on the knowledge-cloud communication ability in the open innovation community,and the influence of knowledge innovation ability is the strongest.
