摘　　要：在"大众创业,万众创新"背景下,科技企业加速器在推动新创企业实现高速成长方面的作用日趋明显,深入分析加速器的运营机制对政府制定加速器扶持政策与促进加速器自身建设发展具有重要意义。通过系统阐释加速器的四大运营机制——准入机制、服务机制、盈利机制、退出机制,在全面梳理国外加速器发展经验及深入分析我国现阶段加速器运营模式的基础上,提出加速器运营建设的对策建议。In the background of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,the role of technology enterprise accelerators that promotes the rapid growth of enterprises is becoming more and more significant.The in-depth analysis of the accelerator operation mechanism is of great importance for the government to formulate the accelerator support policies and promote its construction and development.This paper intends to elaborate on four types of operation mechanisms：access mechanism,service mechanism,profit mechanism and exit mechanism.The countermeasures which are proposed by this paper for the construction and operation of the accelerator are based on analyzing comprehensively the international development experience of accelerator and its current operation mechanism in China.
