摘　　要：运用文献资料法、实地调查法和数理统计法对社会体育指导员培训实效性评价进行分析研究,研究社会体育指导员培训的实效性及其评价指标体系。用多级模糊综合评判方法对集美大学体育学院国家级社会体育指导员培训基地在2015年所进行的国家级社会体育指导员培训实效性进行评价,评价结果属于"一般"等级,研究成果为各个等级社会体育指导员培训质量的评价提供了参考。Analysis by using the method of literature,investigation method of the effectiveness of social sports instructor training,evaluation,research on the social sports instructor training effectiveness and its evaluation index system,using multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of Jimei University Sports Institute National Agency will evaluate the national social sports instructor training effectiveness of sports instructors training base in 2015,the evaluation result is ＂general＂level,and provide a reference for the evaluation of the quality of social sports instructors training class.
