摘 要:目的探究实习护生在临床实习阶段中应用翻转课堂教学模式进行临床实习带教的应用效果。方法选取2015年度在该科室进行轮转的实习护生共计48名进行传统的临床带教和翻转课堂教学模式的进行带教的对比研究,按照随机分组原则将48名轮转的实习护生分为对照组和观察组各24名,对照组仍然按照传统的一对一讲解式带教方式;观察组则是应用翻转课堂教学模式的带教方式,对两组实习护生在科室实习期间临床知识的掌握情况进行考核,并对相应的实习满意度进行统计对比,来探讨实习护生在临床实习阶段临床教学方法改革的应用效果。结果观察组的知识考核优秀率以及实习满意率为87.5%、95.8%,对照组知识考核优秀率以及实习满意率为37.5%、70.8%,从结果上看观察组明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床实习带教过程中打破传统带教模式应用翻转课堂教学模式能够使实习护生的学习自主性、团队协作精神、创新精神、实习氛围、角色转变以及对临床知识的掌握等方面优于传统的实习带教模式,同时也拓宽了带教老师涉猎的知识面,提高了带教老师的专业水平,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To study the application effect of flipped classroom teaching model in the student nurses in the clini-cal practice period for clinical practical teaching. Methods 48 cases of rotate student nurses in our department in 2015 were selected for research, and randomly divided into two groups with 24 cases in each, the control group adopted the tradi-tional one-to-one teaching model, while the observation group adopted the flipped classroom teaching model, and the mas-tery degree of clinical knowledge of the two groups in the practice period was examined, the corresponding practice satis-factory degree was counted and analyzed, and the application effect of clinical teaching method reform of student nurses in the clinical practice period was discussed. Results The excellent rate of knowledge examination and practice satisfactory rate in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group, (87.5%, 95.8%vs 37.55%, 70.8%), and the differences had obvious statistical significance, P〈0.05. Conclusion In the clinical practice teaching course, the appli-cation of flipped classroom teaching model breaks the traditional teaching mode, and the learning autonomy, team coopera-tion spirit, innovation spirit, practice atmosphere, role change and mastery degree of clinical knowledge are better than those of the traditional practice teaching model, at the same time, it broadens the knowledge scopes of teachers and improve the professional level of teachers, which is worth clinical promotion and application.
