摘　　要：检索关于肾上腺皮质肿瘤分子生物学的相关报道,进行分析汇总。搜索出大量相关文献,分别在差异基因、甲基化、基因突变、microRNAs、LncRNAs等方面获得不同的研究进展。通过肿瘤分子生物学,可对疾病进行早期鉴别诊断与治疗,改善并提高肾上腺皮质腺癌患者的预后与生存质量。To review the progress in the molecule diagnosis and treatment of adrenal cortical carcinoma. From the domestic and foreign medical literature database,the related report about the molecular biology of adrenal cortical tumor was retrieved. A large number of related literatures were searched,the different progress of different genes,methylation,gene mutation,microRNAs,LncRNAs were obtained. The early diagnosis and treatment of the disease can be identified by the molecular biology of tumor,which can improve the prognosis and quality of life of patients with adrenal cortical carcinoma.
