高校创业氛围营造的个案剖析——以义乌工商职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：创业氛围的营造对于培养学生的创业意识、创业能力以及团队精神有着不可替代的作用。通过对义乌工商职业技术学院创业氛围营造促进机制的研究,发现高校管理层重视与校企合作模式对创业氛围营造具有间接促进作用,创业人才培养模式、创业保障制度与创业文化建设则直接促进了学校创业氛围的营造,由此得出,要更新教育理念、注重全真实践教学、多样化鼓励措施、突出阶段性发展,从而营造良性发展的创业氛围。The creation of the university's entrepreneurial atmosphere plays an irreplaceable role in cultivating entrepreneurial awareness,entrepreneurial ability and team spirit of college students. Through the research on the promoting mechanism of entrepreneurial atmosphere in Yiwu Industrial and Commercial College,it is found that the high degree attention and the cooperation of school and enterprises can make indirect promotion on the entrepreneurial atmosphere,and the training model of entrepreneurial talent,the guarantee system and the construction of enterpreneurial culture play a direct role in promoting entrepreneurial atmosphere.To creat favorable enterpreneurial atmosphere in colleges and universities should renew education idea, pay attention to real practice teaching, set diversified incentives, highlight stage development and so on.
