摘  要:基于阻抗函数,对传统可达性测度方法进行了改进.在此基础上,以南京禄口机场集疏运道路网为例,对该测度方法进行了验证.结果表明,加入阻抗函数后,由于考虑了交通流量、出行费用以及区域重要度因子,区域可达性水平增加了13min,且分布层次化鲜明,在一定程度上解决了传统可达性测算模型与现状相脱节的现象.分区可达性差异分析显示,加入阻抗函数后,主城区可达性系数平均降低0.06,副城区平均降低0.02,一般城镇增加0.1,区域差异化显著提高,较好地反映出机场集疏运道路网特征.Based on impedance function,this article improves the traditional accessibility measurement method,by taking Nanjing Lukou Airport transportation road network as an example to verify this measure method.The results show that the regional accessibility level is increased by 13 min and the distribution tiers are more distinct after adding the impedance function,and considering the traffic flow,travel cost and regional importance factors.To a certain extent,it solves the phenomenon that the traditional accessibility measurement model is out of touch with the current situation.The difference of the partition accessibility reveals that the accessibility coefficient of the main urban area decreases by 0.06,the vice city decreases by 0.02 and the general town increases by 0.1.In other words,the regional differentiation is enhanced significantly by adding the impedance function,which could fully reflect the characteristics of network transportation in airport road.This method can provide a theoretical basis for evaluation decision on airport transportation road network.
