重症监护室实习护生照顾濒死病人的态度及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：[目的]探讨重症监护室(ICU)实习护生照顾濒死病人的态度及其影响因素,为ICU临床带教老师对护生开展针对性死亡教育提供依据。[方法]采用一般资料问卷、临终关怀态度问卷和照顾临终病人态度量表中文版调查在上海某三级甲等综合医院ICU实习的49名护生对临终关怀的态度和照护濒死病人的态度及其影响因素。[结果]护生临终关怀态度得分(3.19±0.32)分,照顾濒死病人的态度总分为(3.45±0.21)分;其中,照顾临终病人态度维度得分为(3.23±0.22)分,以病人及其家庭为中心的照顾意识维度得分为(3.69±0.20)分;护生的不同背景、与家人谈论死亡的情形及是否参加过临终关怀志愿活动对护生照顾濒死病人的态度有影响。[结论]ICU护生照顾濒死病人的态度有待提高,临床带教老师应结合ICU带教的特点,在提升自我死亡教育能力的基础上,因人施教,帮助护生形成积极的照顾濒死病人的态度。ObjectiveTo probe into ICU nursing interns＇caring attitude to dying patients and its influencing factors, and so as to provide the basis for ICU clinical teachers to carry out the targeted death education for nursing interns. Methods：to survey A total of 49 nursing interns＇attitude to hospice and caring attitude to dying patients and its influencing factors were surveyed by adopting the general information questionnaire, hospice attitude questionnaire and caring attitude for dying patients scale Chinese version from a third grade A hospital in Shanghai. Results： The score of nursing interns？ attitude to hospice was（3. 19 ±0.32） ; the total score of nursing interns＇caring attitude to dying patients was 3. 45±0. 21 ; the dimension score of positive caring attitude to dying patients was 3. 23±0. 22; the dimension score of sense of care of patients and their families as the center was 3. 69± 0. 20. Different backgrond of nursing students atmosphere of talking about the death with family members and whether to participate in hospice volunteer activities or not had influence on the nursing interns＇ caring attitude to dying patients. Conclusion： ICU nursing interns＇caring attitude to dying patients needed to be improved,and clinical teachers should combine with the characteristics of ICU teaching and help nursing interns form a positive caring attitude to dying patients on the basis of enhancing self death education ability.
