摘  要:传统的通信板卡占板面积大,重量重,电线复杂,可靠性低,基于1553B总线SoC(片上系统)芯片的小尺寸MBI(多路传输总线通信接口)通信板卡很好地解决了这一问题,通信效率高,抗干扰能力强,板卡面积小,重量轻,同时具有很高的可靠性。该MBI板卡采用双通道,双冗余度结构的设计使得总线的负载率大大降低,保证了较好的容错性和故障隔离,可靠性显著提高。该MBI板卡完成传输层功能,使接口卡具有智能性,减少了系统主机的干预,符合航空电子工程的要求。论文从误码率和误信率的关系,数学原理方面分析研究了可靠性问题。With large occupy board areas, heavy weight , and complex wires, the reliabil ity of the tradit ional communication board is low. However, with high communication efficiency, strong anti-interference ability, small board card areas, and light weight, a small size MBI communication board of SoC chip based on 1553B bus solves the problem better. The MBI board adopts the design of double-channel and double-redundancy structure, which greatly reduces the bus load rate, ensures good fault tolerance and fault isolation, and improves the reliability significantly. The MBI board completes the function of the transport layer, making the interface card is intelligent, reducing the interference of the system host, and meeting with the requirements of avionics engineering. The paper explores the problem of the reliability from the aspects of the relation-ship between the bit error rate and the error rate, and the mathematical principle.
