摘  要:采用Langelier指数、Ryznar指数、Puckorius指数和Stiff&Davis稳定指数对某海水冷却水在不同p H值条件下的腐蚀与结垢倾向进行判断,考察了3种药剂的缓蚀阻垢性能,以及海水杀贝剂NKSW962对海水的杀生效果。结果表明,该海水具有结垢的趋势,且随其浓缩倍率和温度的升高,结垢的趋势加大。3种药剂对碳酸钙垢均有良好的抑制作用,适于在较低浓缩倍率条件下使用,采用加酸调节p H值的方法,可在较高的浓缩倍率条件下使用。钛、不锈钢和塑料等在不加药剂的海水系统即显示出优异的耐蚀性能。海水杀贝剂NKSW962对海水中的污损生物牡蛎、蓝贝和藤壶均有很好的杀灭效果。NHSW缓蚀阻垢剂与非氧化性杀贝剂NKSW960具有很好的配伍稳定性。The tendency of corrosion or scaling of seawater cooling water at different pH conditions were predicted by Langelier index, Ryznar index, Puckorius index and Stiff & Davis index. The corrosion and scale inhibition performance of three kinds of agents were investigated; meanwhile, the biocidal performance of molluscicide NKSW962 in seawater was also studied. The results showed that, the seawater had tendency of scaling, which were increased with the increasing concentration ratio and temperature. The said three kinds of agents all had good inhibition effect on calcium carbonate scale, and were suitable to be applied at lower concentration ratio condition and higher concentration ratio condition with acid added for pH adjusting. Titanium, stainless steel and plastics showed outstanding corrosion resisting property in seawater system without any added agents. Molluscicide NKSW962 could effectively kill oyster, blue mussel, barnacle and some other foulers in seawater. It showed good compatible stability between the corrosion and scale inhibitor NHSW and the non-oxidative molluscicide NKSW960.
