摘  要:目的:研究传统流动树脂和加强型流动树脂修复治疗对重度牙周炎伴前牙缺失患者牙周组织情况的影响。方法:选择在我院接受治疗的76例重度牙周炎伴前牙缺失患者,随机分为加强型组和传统组并分别接受加强型流动树脂修复治疗和传统流动树脂修复治疗。比较两者龈沟液中炎症反应指标、氧化应激反应指标、骨代谢指标、细胞凋亡指标。结果:治疗后2周时,加强型组龈沟液中NLRP3、IL-1β、IL-18、RANKL、MDA、O_2-、H_2O_2、Fas、FasL、Bax、Smac、Apaf-1、Caspase-3的含量以及caspase-1的活力均显著低于传统组,SOD、GSH-Px、OPG、ALP、Runx2、OCN、Col-1的含量显著高于传统组。结论:加强型流动树脂修复治疗能够减轻重度牙周炎伴前牙缺失患者牙周组织的炎症反应和氧化应激反应、抑制牙槽骨吸收和细胞凋亡。Objective:To study the effects of traditional flowable resin and reinforced flowable resin restoration on periodontal tissue in patients with severe periodontitis and anterior tooth loss.Methods:A total of 76 patients with severe periodontitis and anterior tooth loss who received treatment in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into reinforced group and traditional group who received reinforced flowable resin restoration and traditional flowable resin restoration respectively.Inflammation indexes,oxidative stress indexes,bone metabolism indexes and apoptotic indexes in gingival crevicular fluid were compared between two groups.Results:Two weeks after treatment,NLRP3,IL-1β,IL-18,RANKL,MDA,O2-,H2O2,Fas,FasL,Bax,Smac,Apaf-1and Caspase-3levels as well as caspase-1vitality in gingival crevicular fluid of reinforced group were significantly lower than those of traditional group while SOD,GSH-Px,OPG,ALP,Runx2,OCN and Col-1levels were significantly higher than those of traditional group.Conclusion:Reinforced flowable resin restoration can alleviate inflammation and oxidative stress in periodontal tissue,and inhibit alveolar bone resorption and cell apoptosis in patients with severe periodontitis and anterior tooth loss.
