摘　　要：目的:研究经导管椎体动脉化疗栓塞术联合唑来膦酸治疗肺癌椎体转移的恶性生物学及骨代谢情况。方法:选择在我院接受治疗的肺癌椎体转移患者46例随机分为两组,观察组(n=23)接受经导管椎体动脉化疗栓塞术联合唑来膦酸治疗,对照组(n=23)仅接受经导管椎体动脉化疗栓塞术治疗。治疗后8周时,取血清并测定肿瘤标志物含量、侵袭分子含量、骨转化指标含量。结果:治疗后8周时,观察组血清中CEA、NSE、Cyfra21-1、TK1、RCAS1、CatB、CatD、CatX、MMP7、MMP9、MMP13、N-MID、BALP、OC、PINP、β-CTX、NTX、ICTP、TRACP5b的含量均显著低于对照组。结论:经导管椎体动脉化疗栓塞术联合唑来膦酸治疗能够更为有效的杀伤椎体转移灶内的癌细胞、抑制蛋白酶的分泌、调节骨代谢平衡。Objective：To study the malignant biology and bone metabolism after transcatheter vertebral arterial chemoembolization combined with zoledronic acid treatment of vertebral metastasis from lung cancer.Methods：A total of 46 patients with vertebral metastasis from lung cancer treated in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups,observation group（n=23）received transcatheter vertebral arterial chemoembolization combined with zoledronic acid treatment but control group only received transcatheter vertebral arterial chemoembolization therapy.Eight weeks after treatment,serum was collected to determine the levels of tumor markers,invasive molecules and bone transformation indicators.Results：8 weeks after treat-ment,serum CEA,NSE,Cyfra21-1,TK1,RCAS1,CatB,CatD,CatX,MMP7,MMP9,MMP13,N-MID,BALP,OC,PINP,β-CTX,NTX,ICTP and TRACP5 blevels of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group.Conclusions：Transcatheter vertebral arterial chemoembolization combined with zoledronic acid treatment can more effectively kill the cancer cells in vertebral metastases,inhibit the secretion of protease and regulate bone metabolism balance.
