摘 要:选取ZK6938HN客车悬架及车身骨架为研究对象,建立四自由度双轴半边客车的振动力学模型,通过理论计算和Adams仿真分析,计算出客车在不同载荷下的固有频率,并应用Workbench软件对车身骨架进行模态分析。表明车身骨架在车头位置的固有频率与客车悬架系统的振动频率很接近,车头位置容易发生共振,影响结构强度和乘坐舒适性。Selecting ZK6938 HN coach suspension and body framework as the research object, the authors establish the vibration mechanics model with four freedom degrees for the half biaxial coach. Through theoretical calculation and Adams simulation analysis to calculate the natural frequencies under different loads for the coach, they use the workbench software to make the modal analysis of the body framework. The result shows that the natural frequency of the vehicle head position in the body framework is very close to the vibration frequency of the coach suspension system, so the vehicle head position is prone to resonance thus to affect the structural strength and sitting comfort.
