摘　　要：对匹配AMT的混合动力客车,分析整车控制器VCU和变速器控制器TCU的控制原理,并针对不同的控制方式进行硬件接口和失效风险分析及性能评估,得出VCU作为驱动系统的控制主体是最优方案,其安全性、可靠性、稳定性最佳。The author analyzes the control mechanism of the vehicle controller unit（VCU） and transmission controller unit（TCU） for the hybrid city bus matching with AMT, then he aims at the different kinds of control mode to analyze the hardware interfaces and failure risks and evaluates their performances. Last he gives a result that VCU is the optimal solution to the control main- part of the drive system, and its safety, reliability, stability are the best.
