摘　　要：开展职业教育评估是提升和检验职业教育人才培养质量的基石。而评估专家作为实施职业教育评估的主体,其自身素养和工作要求会直接影响评估工作的质量。评估专家只有深刻认识到自身建设对职业教育评估的意义,真正做到站位高,心态正,业务强,高屋建瓴把脉,俯下身子开方,才能发挥评估专家在职业教育评估体系中的应有作用,为学校的发展献计献策。Carrying out vocational education evaluation is the cornerstone to improve and test the quality of talent training in vocational education. The evaluation experts as the main body of the implementation of vocational educa- tion evaluation, their own quality and work requirements will directly affect the quality of the assessment work. The evaluation experts only have a profound understanding of the significance of their own construction in the evaluation of vocational education, and have a higher position, positive attitude, high-quality, farsightedness, so that can play their due roles in vocational education evaluation system, and make suggestions for the development of the college.
