摘　　要：目的探讨β半乳糖凝集素3(gal-3)、接骨木凝集素(SNA)在老年胃癌组织中表达水平及其临床意义。方法选取鼓楼医院病理科存档的老年胃癌患者术后组织标本60例、癌旁组织标本30例(距离癌组织>3 cm)、胃炎组织标本30例,采用免疫组织化学法检测3种组织标本中的gal-3、SNA表达情况,并分析二者与临床病理特征的关系。结果胃癌组织中gal-3、SNA蛋白的阳性表达率分别为63.33%、60.00%,均显著高于癌旁组织的30.00%、23.33%和胃炎组织的10.00%、6.67%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);胃癌组织中gal-3蛋白的阳性表达与胃癌的分化程度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移、远处转移、浸润深度具有显著相关性(P<0.05);胃癌组织中SNA蛋白的阳性表达与胃癌的分化程度、TNM分期、浸润深度具有显著相关性(P<0.05)。结论 gal-3、SNA表达在胃癌组织中呈高表达状态,且与胃癌的发生、发展密切相关。Objective To investigate the expressions and clinical significance of β galectin 3 （gal-3） and sambucus nigra agglutinin （SNA） in the elderly patients with gastric cancer. Methods Sixty cases of elderly gastric cancer pa- tients in Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital, 30 cases of adjacent tissue samples （distance from cancer tissue 〉 3 cm）, and 30 cases of gastritis tissue samples were selected. The expressions of gal-3 and SNA in 3 groups were detected by immu- nohistochemistry, and the relationship between the expressions of gal-3, SNA in the patients with gastric cancer and the clinical pathological characteristics was analyzed. Results Positive expression rates of gal-3, SNA protein were 63.33%, 60.00% in gastric cancer tissues, which were significantly higher than those in adjacent tissues （30.00% , 23.33% ） and gastritis tissues （10.00%, 6.67% ）, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05） ; the positive expression of gal- 3 protein in gastric cancer was significantly correlated with the degree of differentiation, TNM stage, lymph node metas- tasis, distant metastasis and depth of invasion （P 〈 0. 05） ; the positive expression of SNA protein in gastric cancer was significantly correlated with the differentiation degree, TNM stage and depth of invasion of gastric cancer （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The expressions of SNA and gal-3 are highly expressed in gastric cancer, and are closely related to the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.
