摘　　要：目前,内脏高敏感性是肠易激综合征(irritable bowel syndrome,IBS)最基本的病理生理学基础已被广大学者认可。关于导致内脏高敏感性的具体机制尚未完全清楚。本文将概述当前已明确的可导致内脏高敏感性的相关因素及其机制。At present, it is well known that visceral hypersensitivity is the pathophysiologic basis of irritable bowel syndrome （IBS）. The specific mechanism of visceral hypersensitivity is not yet fully understood. This article will summarize the current clear related factors which can lead to visceral hypersensitivity and the specific mechanisms.
