摘　　要：传承发展赣南采茶舞蹈,离不开传承人这一物质载体。陈宾茂是国家级非物质文化遗产"赣南采茶戏"代表性传承人。陈宾茂一生"采茶舞蹈"的艺术实践,可以概括为由业余到专业、由单一到兼容、由依附到剥离、由舞台到课堂、由感性到理性、由理论到创作的六个过程,他为赣南采茶舞蹈的演变与发展做出的重要贡献。Chen Binmao, a representative inheritor of national intangible cultural heritage ＂ Gannan tea - leaves - picking drama＂. To understand Chen Binmao＇s art practice of tea - leaves - picking dance, and generalize six courses from amateur to professional, from single to integrated, from affiliated to broken away, from stage to class, from sen- sation to ration, and from theory to creation, we could see that he has made a great contribution to the evolvement and advancement of Gannan tea - leaves - picking dance.
