化栓通脉丸联合荷丹片治疗高血脂症疗效观察

摘　　要：〔目的〕探讨化栓通脉丸对血脂的影响。〔方法〕选取我院门诊血脂异常患者172例作为研究对象,随机分为化栓通脉丸治疗组(86例)及对照组(86例);分别于治疗前、治疗后12个月测定血脂并观察终点事件发生率。〔结果〕治疗组治疗12个月后血胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LGL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)明显升高(P<0.05)。对照组各项指标在12个月观察期内无显著性差异(P>0.05)。治疗组终点事件发生率显著下降(P<0.05)。〔结论〕化栓通脉丸及荷丹片治疗能够干预并降低血脂水平,降低心脑血管终点事件的发病率和病死率。〔Objective〕to explore the bolt effect of Huashuan tongmai pills on blood lipids.〔Methods〕outpatient and 172 patients with abnormal blood lipid study, randomly tied Huashuan tongmai pills Group（ 86 patients） and control group（ 86 cases）,respectively, in treatment before and 12 months after treatment to determine the set of blood lipid and endpoint event rate.〔Results〕the treatment group after 12 months of treatment and blood cholesterol（ TC）, low-density lipoproteins（ LDL-c）,triglycerides（ TG） compared with before treatment significantly decreased（ P〈0. 05）. Control indicators in the 12-month observation period no significant difference（ P〉0. 05）. Decreased incidence of end（ P〈0. 05）.〔Conclusion 〕bolt of Huashuan tongmai pills and thanks to hedanpian therapy intervention and reducing blood lipid levels, reduce morbidity and mortality of cardiovascular endpoints.
