摘　　要：全面加强党建工作对于高校坚持正确办学方向、顺利推进综合改革、落实从严治党战略布局要求具有重要意义。高校党组织必须切实担负起管党、治党的政治责任,做好党建工作的顶层设计与科学谋划,抓好党建工作责任制的落实;通过深化对高等教育发展和高校党建工作规律的认识,找到"围绕中心工作抓党建"的有效途径与办法,充分发挥基层党组织政治核心和保证监督作用,将党的执政优势转化为办学优势。For institutions of higher learning, comprehensively strengthening the construction of the Chinese Communist Party can ensure that they stick to the correct orientation in running a university, and to advance the integrated reform smoothly and carry out the strategy for placing high demands on the Party.The Party organizations of the universities must shoulder the political responsibilities for self-disciplining and being strict with the Party＇s members, make top-level designing and scientific planning for the Party＇s construction, and implement the Party＇s construction responsibility system. Through deepening the understanding of the laws of higher education development and the Party＇s construction in the universities,the efficient path and methods for ＂ strengthening the Party＇s construction while focusing on the central work＂ can be developed and the function of supervision of the grassroots Party organizations can be realized so that the universities can be run successfully.
