资本主义社会资本运作中的伦理制约特征研究

摘　　要：在资本主义社会,资本与伦理的有机辩证结合是资本伦理能够成立的前提和基础,虽然从根本上讲资本伦理并没有彻底否定或变革资本逻辑,但它的存在确实对资本主义社会资本运行起了某种程度上的制约作用。分析资本伦理对资本运作的制约作用,正确地把握资本运作中伦理制约的特征可以发现,资本伦理发挥制约作用具有中介性、历史性和有限性,具有自身不可磨灭的资本主义社会特性,对中国特色社会主义社会正确理解和发展市场经济,有机辩证地掌握社会多重逻辑的组合和整合,具有重要的理论教育意义。The organic dialectical combination of capital and ethics in capitalist society is the premise and foun- dation of the establishment of capital ethics, ultimately, it not completely negates or changes the logic of capital, whereas the existence of capital ethics has a certain effect on the operation of capital. Analysis of the restrictive role of capital ethics on capital operation, after correctly grasping the characteristics of ethic restriction about the opera- tion of capital, we can find that the capital ethics plays the role of constraints is intermediary, historical and limit- ed, and has its own indelible characteristics of capitalist society, which has important theoretical significance of ed- ucation to correctly understand and develop the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics, and to grasp the combination and integration of social multiple logic.
