新疆兵团第九师汉族、哈萨克族人群幽门螺杆菌感染状况分析

摘　　要：目的：了解新疆生产建设兵团第九师（以下简称新疆兵团第九师）不同民族、不同性别、不同年龄段幽门螺杆菌（HP）感染情况。方法：对新疆兵团第九师1年来行14-C呼气试验检测HP的9838例受检者检测结果进行统计分析。结果：9838例受检者HP总感染率59.51%,汉族感染率为53.75%,哈族感染率为65.63%,存在显著性差异（P〈0.05）。男性感染率为55.88%,女性感染率为62.36%,存在显著性差异（P〈0.05）。不同年龄段HP感染率不同,在总体人群与汉族人群中21~30岁感染率最高、哈族人群中≤20岁HP感染率最高。结论：新疆兵团第九师人群HP感染与性别、族别相关,不同年龄段感染率不同。新疆兵团第九师人群中HP感染率较高,尤其哈族人群感染率更高,应加强健康教育,改变不良生活习惯,减少HP感染所致相关疾病的发生、发展。Objective： To understand helicobacter pylori（HP） infection among local people with different nationalities, gender and age in the Ninth division, Xinjiang. Methods：Summing up monitoring results of HP by14-C breath test within 1 year, the 9838 cases were statistical analyzed in the Ninth division, Xinjiang. Results： The total infection rate of HP in 9838 cases was 59.51%, among of them, the infection rates of HP in the han and kazak nationality were 53.75%and 65.63%, respectively.There was existing an significant difference between different nationality（P〈0.05）. The infection rates of HP among male and female were 55.88% and 62.36%, respectively.There was existing an significant difference between different gender（P〈0.05）. The infection rate of HP in different age groups were also different. The infection rate of HP among people from 21 to 30 was highest in total people and the han nationality, while the infection rate of HP among people under 20 in kazak nationality was highest.Conclusion： The people infected with HP in the ninth division were associated with different gender,nationality and age. The infection rate of HP in local people was high,especially the kazak.It is necessary to strengthen the healthy education,change the bad habits and to reduce occurrence and development of diseases caused by the HP infection
